About the Program:

• Be a part of a small, dynamic team working with the latest IoT technology.
• Receive mentorship and apply your skills immediately to real-world projects.

How the Program Works:

• During University Terms: Study full-time and work part-time (8 to 16 hours per week).
• During University Breaks: Work full-time on major projects, with the flexibility to take holidays.
• Work Environment: Typically, 1 day per week in the office, with additional days at home or in the office based on project needs and personal preference.
• Learning and Development: Access to team support and opportunities to develop specific programming skills.

What’s the Pay?

• You’ll start at minimum wage, but it’s a chance to gain valuable experience—much better than flipping burgers!

About You:

• You must love programming, not just want to learn it.
• Examples include:
  • Taking breaks from HSC study to write code.
  • Creating programs for fun, not just for assignments.
  • Spending two days automating a process that would only take 20 minutes manually (and still thinking it was time well spent).
• You’re likely at the top of your Software Engineering class, with projects so advanced that they might have caught the eye of NASA or the FBI.

Being Blunt:

• We want someone who is already more skilled entering university than many graduates are when they finish.
• You’ll have the opportunity to hone your skills in a team of competent programmers (far better than university group assignments).
• And you’ll be spared from a job in hospitality.
• Our goal is to find someone we can delegate tasks to now, and who will be highly valuable in the future.
