Mango temperature chart

Our recent blog on mango temperatures provided some very specific details.

The mango temperature chart was pointed out to us, so I thought we could include it for your reference as well. We sourced our copy from Mangoes.net.au, but the Queensland department of agriculture also has a copy on their site as well.

I never knew a mango could look so happy or sad. Now I will have to think twice before putting one in my mango smoothy. Why did they have to personify them!!!!
