The Logtag Food Safety Logger is set up using analyser software. In the set up you tell the logger how often you want it to record the temperature.
You then just place it in the fridge, freezer or bain marie. The logger will record the temperature for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Logtag Food Safety Logger has LEDs that flash green when the Logtag is operating and red when an alarm condition has been breached. You can see at a glance that your fridge, freezer or bain marie has gone over or under temperature.
Simply download the results, they are automatically stored on your PC, but you can also print the graph to ensure that you have a permanent record of your temperature logs.
