Using a logger is a great way to see how you cooked you great roast last time.
The TCU can be placed right inside the roast. It is about the size of a $1 coin, so will fit into a roast perfectly. Remember to set it up and start it before you start cooking!

Once cooked, pull out the logger, wipe it with a paper towel and place into the reader. See the log. Perfect record that your meat reached the right temperature of the right amount of time.
