Hand Hygiene

It is amazing how important good hand hygiene is. In fact, the simple act of washing our hands has possibly saved more lives than any drug on the market (bold statement made with absolutely no backing evidence).

I was talking with a friend who was introducing HACCP into a catering company in Angola. He said that by teaching the staff simple things like washing their hands before preparing food, they were seeing a noticeable impact in the wider society. These people were going home and then telling their wives etc. The message was being spread.

Meanwhile it is a topic that gets lots of lip service here but is still taken for granted by many. So we have put together a new web site https://handhygiene.com.au/ to help the cause.
