OnSolution has a basic food safety logger. It is ideal for use in restaurants, cafes, clubs and any food preparation area. The TC Food Safety Logger is the size of 2 x $1 coins. The Food Safety Logger is set up using eTemperature. In the set up you tell the logger how often you want it to record the temperature.

You then just place it in the fridge, freezer or bain marie. The logger will record the temperature for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Simply download the results they are automatically stored on your PC and they can also be printed to ensure that you have a permanent record of your temperature logs.
