Fine Food 2013

Fine Food 2013 will be at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre on the 9 – 12 September, 2013. OnSolution will be again be exhibiting.

I have attended or exhibited at many shows, and I would have to say that Fine Food is the best trade show to visit. It would have to be one of the best perks that go with my job. Where else would you find hundreds of businesses offering samples of some of the best coffee, chocolate, cheese, gelato, meat, biscuits and other gourmet delights.

Since it is a trade only show, the exhibitors are keen to talk with you. They are normally very cheerful. Is this a reflection of some of the other tradeshows I have been going to where “cheerful” is the last term that would spring to mind?

As an exhibitor I find the show is a great way to meet with people who are normally too busy to talk about new ideas. It may also help that they are full of great food and now idly walking around to work off the calories.

So if you are in any way related to the food or hospitality industry, I would find any excuse to visit Fine Food. And if you have a fridge or freezer that needs monitoring, look us up.
